MUSCATATUCK friends.. I received a call yesterday from Joseph W Stewart, Terri Stewart’s Son. For those of you who don’t know, she passed away! I cannot hardly even process that Terri Stewart is GONE! I just talked to her 2 days ago! But, I’m comported by one thing, Terri had a VERY strong faith, & we could always talk about ANYTHING and one thing that I know for certain, is that she always told me, “ When God decides my time is up, I’m ready to go”! For those of who knew her, & loved her , you remember her Infectious laugh, & sense of humor. Terri & her Husband Jim, attended my wedding. Terri stood up with me as did my husband’s brother ( who’s name was also Jim) and he passed in may! I was upstairs getting ready for my wedding. They were collecting information. When all of a sudden I hear, “ Jim, where was Ted born”? And I hear Jim Stewart’s quick, witty comeback, “ Good grief, Terri I just met the man this morning, & you expect me to know where he was born”!
Those 2 could absolutely keep you laughing! Terri was ALWAYS doing something for somebody, & ALWAYS reminding her friends & family to look for the positive in almost any situation! She stood up for what she believed in & didn’t back down if she felt she was right. She had such a good heart & soul. She loved her family more than ANYTHING in this entire world ! I hope Jimmy & Joe find comport in knowing just how loved they were, and that God gave them the absolute BEST MOM! My heart really hurts right now. It hurts for me, and for Terri’s family because she has the best family! I Love them and I
