The online space is bombarded with scams.
If it’s not a scam website that is promising money in exchange for user testing, transcription or survey services, it would be a fake affiliate program.
No one wants to fall into the trap of this scam website.
But come to think of it, Scribie is promising users money too in exchange for transcription service.
Is Scribie one of the scam platforms too?
No, Scribie is a legit website that pays its users for every completed transcription task.
However, the fact that Scribie is Legit does not necessarily mean that it is worth trying. I mean you don’t even know what their Pay rate looks like yet? Or how hard their transcription tasks can be?
In this article, we are going to discuss everything you need to know about Scribble.
What is Scribie?

Scribie is a transcription service company founded in 2008 by Rajiv Poddar in California.
The company works with clients who are interested in Getting real transcripts of their audios. Hence, providing accurate and quality transcripts.
However, instead of the company carrying out the work alone, they tend to outsource to their users – me and you.
The users provide the transcribed file, and they get paid for it.
So, if you are looking for a way to make money online, audio transcription is a very smart way to make money online.
There are several websites like Scribie that provide freelance transcriptionists with transcription jobs.
Seriously, the question we should ask is what makes Scribie different?
Is Scribie Legit or Scam?

Scribie is a legit platform for freelance transcriptionists to get jobs and get paid for their services.
Similarly, the platform has been providing one of the best transcription services to clients all through the years.
So far many people know Scribie is not a scam, but the wave of the platform being a Scam platform keeps on skyrocketing. And I feel it’s not even because Scribie is not paying, perhaps, because most freelancers are not good at transcription.
The fact remains before Scribie can pay you, your transcript must have been approved by the clients.
How on earth would you make an accurate transcription if you are not even good at it?
Now you get the drill.
Remember, you will be required to patiently listen to the audio file, before putting it in writing form as a transcription document
You and I know that it would be difficult for any clients to approve their transcription documents if it contains too many errors. Or even totally out of the line.
Most transcription freelancers tend to blame Scribe, tagging them as a Scam website, if they didn’t receive their payment. And for good reason, it is usually because their transcripts are not worth it.
All the same, Scribie is Legit.
