Danielle Paruolo Death, Obituary – A woman was fatally stabbed inside her North Bellmore house, according to the Nassau County Homicide Squad, and an arrest has been made in the case. For the stabbing that occurred on South Bismark Avenue on Thursday at around 11:30 p.m., Anthony D. Paruolo, 37, was detained. He is accused of second-degree murder. According to detectives, there were numerous 911 calls made about a domestic dispute that took place at the house. Officers arrived and discovered the body of a 42-year-old woman who had been declared dead on the spot. Her identity has not been made public. Local residents were shocked to learn of the tragedy.
“It’s hard to imagine something like this happened on this block or in this neighborhood,” says Steve Wolter “I’ve lived here for 40-some-odd years. There’s been nothing like that happening here. It’s a quiet neighborhood.” Paruolo will have a bedside arraignment at a hospital on Saturday.
